Overall LGTM,
But you should resolve conflicts with the package-lock.json, I guess it's what makes the unit tests blocked in CI ?
Did you test this version of the cartridge to ensure it's still working as expected with all the changes ? :)

We can't merge it, eslint v9 is not compatible with the latest version of airbnb-base/legacy which is our standard rules set.
