- Update Python version from 3.11 to 3.13 - Update GitHub actions to latest versions (checkout v5, upload/download-artifact v5/v6) - Add explicit permissions to all workflow jobs - Add test-pypi-publish job for pre-release validation - Update pre-release-checks to validate package from test PyPI - Change release tag format from 'libs/amazon_nova/vX.Y.Z' to 'langchain-amazon-nova==X.Y.Z' - Simplify get_min_versions.py to match langchain-aws implementation - Remove UV_FROZEN and UV_NO_SYNC environment variables
