Adds
approx.util.Synthesiswith helpers to run synthesis and implementation flows for a given arithmetic unit in Vivado. The intention is to extend thisSynthesisobject with helpers for other synthesis tools (probably Yosys first). The helpers rely on make like the simulation flow.
