PR Description:

Brings the Irish translation up to date (486/486 strings). I'm a native speaker from Connemara and had a few other native speakers look over it too.

  • Translated all missing and fuzzy strings
  • Fixed a fair few mistranslations and grammar mistakes in the existing ones
  • Terminology now follows téarma.ie
  • {} item(s) summaries are now Label: {}, as the Irish noun changes with the number
  • Added "translated_lang": "Gaeilge" to languages.json
  • Updated Last-Translator and regenerated base.mo

Thanks to Aindriú Mac Giolla Eoin for the earlier translation.

Tests and Checks

  • I have tested the code!

Verified with msgfmt --check. The translation check will fail on ur/LC_MESSAGES/base.po, but that's already broken on master, not this PR.
