Description of this pull request
Bo4 Lua and scr hashes. I am a noob so dont trust 100% this PR.
I dont know why despite adding the same hashes to hashes/global/bo4.csv and hashes/scr/bo4.csv, github shows different n of file changes to those files, after running validate.ps1.
