Summary

This PR adds support for Node.js 24 and switches the development environment to the same version.

Changes

  • Updated runtimes on the dev container images
  • Added new runtime option on issue template
  • Updated node version in the pipeline
  • Added node 24 to the test matrix
  • Updated docs to use the latest node version
  • Updated snippets to use the latest node version
