This pull request contains following improvements:

  1. Update service names to TLAs to avoid ABAP 30-char limit
  2. Migrate filename from z to /AWXEX/ namespace
  3. Add exception handling
  4. Fix sagemaker registry path
  5. Remove leading space in cloudwatch profile name
