Sync AWS Transform Agent Plugin from ATXKiroPower for skill-1.4.0. Continuous-modernization: remote-execution rewrite (atx ct remote), telemetry disclaimer + opt-out, preflight credentials check, --tags (ABAC) tagging, 100-repo cap guidance, PATH-conflict troubleshooting; removes the atx ct server choreography. Bumps plugin version to 1.4.0 (.claude-plugin, .codex-plugin, marketplace entry).
Per change-author request (Xi Shen): drop the singular --type + per-job cancel edits to the batch/EC2 execution references — the underlying CLI feature (ATXControlTower/ATXCModCommon) is not yet shipped to the installed CLI. Reset these two files to their pre-CR-291521852 (c47e99f) content; all other released changes are unchanged.
