Thanks! Yep, let's also bump Babylon. Should this be a hotfix to the current version that is deployed? Does this affect storage?

An alert is received due to a bug fix reported by the cometBFT team, related to the PR. This PR is to bump the version of cometBFT to avoid the impact of the bug. Do we also need to bump Babylon @vitsalis?
