I would do something like:
if [[ -n "$mount_cmdline" && ${TARGETS_ARRAY[$((i))]} != "$mount_cmdline" ]]; then
continue
fi
This should make the code smaller, but I did not test it.
Add option to specify mount point. Fixes #71
