feat(i18n): polish EN/ZH copy and add localizations
Replace the deprecated `nats` package with `@nats-io/transport-node`. Drop StringCodec in favor of the connection's built-in string encode/ decode helpers (publish raw JSON string, read via m.string()). Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
