Added xx_US localization, which uses the default en_US first and last names, and adds 30% more globalized (more 'diverse') first and last names.

This adds xx_US localization, and changes casual.js for that addition. The xx_US localization includes only person.js, which was copied from person.js in en_US, than I added some more global first and last names.
