View first Wallet Gateway OpenRPC operation

This pull request normalizes Wallet Gateway OpenRPC method history and embeds it in overview, specification, and operation pages. It discovers stable releases from the configured lower bound, validates a checked history report, redirects the previous index route to the overview, and excludes removed methods from current reader pages.

A Wallet Gateway operation uses the shared breadcrumbs, lifecycle metadata, parameter sections, and reference-page spacing.

Mintlify skips this branch-specific deployment because the PR base is another stack branch; this screenshot comes from the accumulated #1486 preview.
