Realtime data ingestion to retrain ML models and pushing to database

@abelpc as per the described task:

• Some deployment scripts are added (needs to be updated, just added as a template)
• Refactor the codebase to handle logging
• Design database schemas to handle pushing real-time ingesting data to the database with retraining and saving checkpoints for persistence
• Include some endpoints for these functionalities
