devtest -i can now also specify transfer alignment

This fixes a bug where a drive > 2 TB will show as size 0 in probe.

Added support to specify an AmigaOS volume instead of device handler and target

Added "-k butterfly" option for the integrity test
Butterfly test offers a different diagnostic, which will more quickly
span the range of the drive.
Integrity tests now report sector numbers on failure rather than offset.
Improved help for -c command
Fixed bug where "devtest -m -" didn't properly identify chipmem
Fixed geometry column alignment for geometry "Mode Pages" failure case
