🗣 Description

Replacing the existing baseline policy in Meet, with this new one.

💭 Motivation and context

The existing Meet 1.1 policy was relaxed to allow users without a google account to join the meeting and was further removed as it did not have further security implications.
This new policy introduced allows the organizer to limit who can join the meeting and is currently set to users within the organization or users on the invite list

Baseline, rego and unit tests are updated.

🧪 Testing

  • Check the new baseline added/replaced, and provide feedback on policy verbiage if any
  • Ensure rego update and unit tests work as expected
