The sidebar's project switcher now lists projects most recently switched to first, with All projects after the list.

  • Switching among the top three never reorders them, so the projects in use stay put under the cursor. A project from lower down moves to the top and the rest shift down.
  • A switch counts when a project is picked in the switcher or a rail tile, added, or when opening another project's task (from the Lead or a notification) switches to it. Under All, opening tasks leaves the order alone.
  • Projects never switched to keep the board's own order below the others. A box that is away keeps its projects remembered, after the rest.
  • The order lives on this Mac in localStorage (ateam.projectOrder, by card key), like the window's other usage state.
  • The rail and the New task / New loop Project pill keep the board's order.

Menu: projects, All projects, Add project…, then the selected project's actions.

Tested: project-order.test.ts (7 tests); renderer suite 167 pass; desktop typecheck clean. Driven in an isolated dev app with five scratch repos: picking the 5th moved it to the top, switching among the top three left the order unchanged, All stayed last, and the order survived a reload.

Switching among the top three never reorders them; a project from lower
down moves to the top. Order kept on this Mac in localStorage.
