添加 intel/fastgo 压缩选项

en: Intel FastGo can benefit the compression at a level lower than 3 and the decompression for all levels. This PR is aimed to provide an out-of-box optimization on Intel Xeon platform by leverage Intel FastGo.
zh(optional): Intel FastGo 可在低于 3 级的压缩和所有级别的解压缩中发挥作用。本 PR 的目的是利用 Intel FastGo 在 Intel Xeon 平台上提供开箱即用的对 Hertz 中的压缩解压缩的性能优化。
