A toolkit for cleaning up Alembic migrations.

Usage

• al h[istory]: Show Alembic version history, as well as the current revision.
• al r[ename] <old> <new>: Change a revision's hash code.
• al m[move] <what> <where>: Move revision <what> after the revision <where> in history.
