… and add PR template note about the .project-managed maintainer list Remove maintainer blocks for the 219 projects now managed via their own .project repos and synced to project-maintainers-.project.csv. Keeps only the projects still maintained here: Kubernetes, Prometheus, Envoy, Linkerd, SPIFFE, SPIRE, TiKV, Istio, and Knative (with their sub-sections).
