fix: updating airtable sponsor

Fixes resume book sponsor edits not showing up as choices in Airtable.

After #900, admins could add or remove sponsors in Oyster, but the Airtable "Sponsor Interest" select fields were not updated. Newly added sponsors were therefore not selectable in Airtable.

• Sync sponsor names to the Sponsor Interest #1/2/3 fields whenever a resume book's sponsors or a company's sponsorships change
