What I did
This PR introduces several improvements and refactorings to the
ResourceListItemcomponent and related UI elements in theapp-elementspackage. The main focus is on enhancing the flexibility and visual consistency of list items, especially for orders, by introducing a new status badge, simplifying the order row layout, and improving the handling of list item borders. Additionally, some dependency updates and minor UI tweaks are included. These changes collectively improve the clarity, maintainability, and extensibility of the resource list UI components.
