Description
Skips VAT ID validation for completed orders.
Currently, saving a completed order validates its VAT ID again, including when updating the order status in the control panel. This can prevent a status update if the VAT ID is no longer valid or VIES is unavailable, even though the order has already passed checkout validation.
Adds an
isCompletedcheck to both the billing and shipping address VAT validation rules. VAT validation during checkout remains unchanged.
