Add agentic AI: symptom triage crew

This PR adds a new example demonstaring an Agentic AI workflow using crewAI. It showcases multi-agent collaboration, role seperation and distributed reasoning through a healthcare-style symptom-triage-example scenario.

Motivation
Many new users struggle to understand how to design agentic workflows beyond
single-prompt usage. This example focuses on agent roles, responsibility
separation, and collaborative reasoning, making it easier for beginners to
grasp core CrewAI concepts.
