ChatTool's published dependency range still requires ChatStyle 0.1.x, while the maintained standalone ChatArch tools require 0.2.x. Align ChatTool to chatstyle>=0.2.0,<0.3.0 and chatenv>=0.2.10,<0.3.0 so the shared toolchain can resolve without downgrading its CLI runtime. Prepare patch version 7.1.5.

CRS has completed its move to ChatCRS. Remove the parent chattool crs registration, embedded HTTP/CLI implementation, and CRSConfig exports/provider. Add bounded crs/arch extras for the published standalone package and replace retired parent docs with migration guidance. Existing profile files are untouched.

Preserve the separate chattool serve oauth command by moving its generic OAuth helper unchanged into chattool.serve.openai_oauth. Other parent commands and interactive adapters retain their current arguments and behavior. CI and publishing now run pip check and the local OAuth regressions alongside stable smoke tests.

Validation: 76 stable/mock/OAuth tests passed; 14 CLI entry/help probes passed; strict MkDocs, wheel/sdist build, and Twine checks passed. The built distributions contain no parent CRS modules, and the relocated helper is byte-for-byte identical. An isolated combined install with ChatStyle 0.2.0, ChatEnv/ChatGH 0.2.15, ChatLark 0.1.2, ChatTea 0.3.4 and ChatCRS 0.3.5 passes pip check; provider discovery assigns CRS to chatcrs.config.
