Release v14.2.7 did not update the cmake project version.
@daandemeyer I don't know if you can merge this and replace the released version. Otherwise you could change this PR to set 14.2.8 and create a new release.
It would be beneficial to do this since some bugs were fixed and people could check with in their CMakeLists if the version they are using is free from those bugs.
