Replace the minio solution (end of the Community version)

Since Minio Community Edition has been archived and is no longer maintained, we need to implement an alternative for S3 storage testing ([Garage](https://garagehq.deuxfleurs.fr/) or [rustfs](https://rustfs.com/) ?).
