refactor: manage major plugin versions in admin UI

• Refactor the plugin admin page to properly handle major version installations
• Each plugin major version is now displayed and managed separately (e.g., processing-geom-1, processing-geom-2)
• Detect when an available version is a major version change using semver
• Show a warning menu to install the new major version (that creates a separate entry)
• Improve UI/UX with better i18n support and cleaner component structure
