Follows #661. Local per-module coverage on 2.13.18 is now 100% statement/branch for core, spark, cassandra and jsoncirce, and bigquery only misses BigQueryTable lines 160-167 (duplicate-table handling, only reachable against a live BigQuery service). Adds, in the existing AnyFlatSpec/Matchers style: FormatsSpec on scala_2, BigQueryTable overload tests (no-credentials Left path, same precedent as the existing test), BigQueryDefinitions tests, instance-derivation and extension-method tests for BigQuery/Spark/Cassandra, and CassandraTables unknown-PK plus CreateTable roundtrip tests. Also fixes the scala_2 FormatsSpec placeholder.
