Add Common Issues troubleshooting tables to 10 skills

Summary

Adds structured Common Issues troubleshooting tables to the 10 skills that were missing them. Each table follows the | Issue | Solution | format consistent with skills that already have this section.

This is a consolidated resubmission of PRs #250-257 and #260, which were individually closed per maintainer feedback requesting a single combined PR.
