Summary

  • default kernel-owned telemetry to disabled when enableTelemetry is unset
  • keep explicit enableTelemetry=true/false behavior unchanged
  • update kernel telemetry docs and config test expectations
  • bump golang.org/x/crypto to clear the blocking OSV security finding

Tests

  • go test ./...
  • /tmp/osv-scanner scan source --lockfile=go.mod --config=osv-scanner.toml --format=json --output-file=/tmp/osv-out-local.json
