Whoa, l missed that when I commited. I have no idea why, my line ending settings are default...maybe it's because I edited the project in Visual Studio 2012? |

When querying over odata with Any() and All() a conditionalexpression
that null checks the enumerated list is added. I added a yanker (and
test) to handle this.
