RPMGrill 0.28 business objective: Make rpmgrill compatible to run in a CI

Target for release: April 2015

This change would make rpmgrill compatible to run in a CI environment like Jenkins to perform tests on builds.

Reasons:

Developers can analyse their RPMs on the spot without waiting or integrating into a provided service
Taskotron can provide an additional tool to check Fedora builds (https://phab.qadevel.cloud.fedoraproject.org/T281)

RPMGrill 0.29 business objective: Allow to specify which tests to run

Target for release: September 2015

This change allows to specify which rpmgrill tests should be run against a build.

Reasons:

Some tests are not applicable for certain builds
