What is the current behavior?

• IProjDef only supports proj4js and there axis definitions are sometimes missing.

What is the new behavior?

• feat(services-map-state): allow to use projjson in IProjDef
• feat(map-ol): use projjson if in IProjDef
• feat(services-map-state): export function adjustBBoxAxis and adjustBBoxAxisToEnu for wms 1.3.0 bbox where axis are not in enu order.
• fix(ngx-ukis-ui-clarity): can zoom to nativeBbox for LayerentryComponent and LayerentryGroupComponent
• refactor: use type TepsgCode for epsg codes
