What is the new behavior?

The file TUTORIALS.md is updated so the installation description works for angular v21.
In addition, app.component.ts is renamed to app.ts to match the files created for an angular CLI v21.

✅ Resolved dependency compatibility issues (installations now work without requiring the --force flag)
✅ Fixed step / order for "Add Clarity Icons"
✅ Fixed the redundancy between app.component.ts and app.ts, which was caused by newer Angular standards
✅ Updated TUTORIALS.md
