This application is built in full compliance with Pi Network 2025 Hackathon standards:

Authentication

• Only Pi Network OAuth: Users authenticate exclusively through Pi Network OAuth
• No traditional authentication: Regular login/signup forms are disabled

Setup Instructions

1. Install dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

2. Configure Pi Network OAuth:

   • Register your app at Pi Network Developer Portal
   • Update SOCIAL_AUTH_PI_KEY and SOCIAL_AUTH_PI_SECRET in shopmall/settings.py

3. Run migrations:

   python manage.py migrate

4. Create superuser (for admin access):

   python manage.py createsuperuser

5. Start development server:

   python manage.py runserver

Pi Network Integration

• OAuth Login: /social-auth/login/pi/
• Payment Processing: Uses Pi SDK for secure payments
• User Profile: Stores Pi UID for compliance
• Data Privacy: Minimal data collection per Pi standards

• CSRF protection on all forms

• HTTPS enforcement for production

Production Deployment

For production deployment:

1. Set DEBUG = False in settings.py
2. Configure ALLOWED_HOSTS with your domain
3. Set up HTTPS (required for Pi Network)
4. Use production database (PostgreSQL recommended)
5. Configure email settings for notifications
6. Set up proper static/media file serving
7. Configure SECURE_SSL_REDIRECT = True
8. Set secure cookie settings

Pi Network App Configuration

Make sure to configure your Pi Network app with:

• Correct redirect URIs
• Proper scopes (username, email)
• HTTPS callback URLs for production
