Description
Add cookbook example for ML model deployment as CDS hooks and batch FHIR inference. Minor API adjustments to
Dataset, added aprefetch_to_bundlehelper and fixed JSON serialization forSandboxClientsave file function. Also added some test FHIR patients + helpful scripts, notebooks.
