- Core knowledgeEngine：topic frontmatter summary 同步进 taskToTopicRules[].summary（build/apply/status 三点位）；kb check 新增缺失/占位/超长 warning 与 rule.summary 类型 issue
- CLI：kb check 文本输出打印前 10 条 warning 明细
- 模板（zh+en，Template 3.6.0 / projectRev 3）：manifest rule 定稿 summary；统一入口初筛证据 + verify 错命中闸门；topic-authoring 初筛召回规范；addRules/kb-build/kb-sync/kb-distill 对齐；feedback-closing 路由 miss 反哺；kb-upgrade 3a.8 summary 补写
- 本仓 .Knowledge：13 个占位摘要补写 + 新增 kb-routing-summary topic
- 测试：summary 同步断言；test-cli-update/test-package-install 版本断言动态化
- 版本：Core 3.7.0、CLI 3.6.1（core range ^3.6.0 不变）
