Remove libgnome dependency from RPM spec generation, as the app does not actually use it.

Remove libgnome dependency from RPM spec generation, as the app does not actually use it.
This allows RHEL users to install the fedora specific RPMs without modification.
RHEL stopped shipping libgnome a long time ago, and this dependency blocks installation on such systems.
Regarding the fact it is actually unused (never linked neither statically nor dynamically), it is ok to remove it.
