feat: add live flight status tracker

Summary

• add a dedicated flight-status.html page for VJ 3900 (19/10/2026) and CZ 3106 (26/10/2026)
• seed the confirmed schedules as a safe baseline
• add SerpApi/Google flight-status fetching without accepting data from the wrong flight date
• start daily live checks 7 days before departure and hourly checks around travel dates
• add a manual GitHub Action for on-demand refresh

Status behavior

When exact-date operational status is not available yet, the page remains on Theo lịch and keeps the confirmed schedule instead of substituting another day's flight information.
