Policy

bazel.minimum-version

Upgrade repositories using a Bazel release older than 8.6.0. Versions older
than 8.6.0 are no longer supported, due to a breaking change.

This repository contains policy-managed legacy content in .bazelversion, MODULE.bazel.lock.

Changes

• .bazelversion: upgrade from '8.3.0' to '8.6.0'
• MODULE.bazel.lock: Regenerate MODULE.bazel.lock with bazel mod deps.
