[HIGH] Babel 8 bump breaks dependency resolution
Changing @babel/core to 8.0.5 while keeping @babel/preset-env at 7.29.0 introduces an unsatisfied peer dependency (@babel/preset-env requires @babel/core@^7.0.0-0). On this branch, npm ci --no-audit --no-fund in src/Elastic.Documentation.Site fails with ERESOLVE on that exact conflict, so CI/local frontend setup cannot install dependencies.
Please either keep @babel/core on a compatible 7.x version, or migrate the full Babel preset/tooling stack to versions that support Babel 8 in one coordinated update.
