We've got icons now, and intend to use row colours to indicate clashes with starred content/other shifts.
It's now presented as a set of toggleable buttons which are clearly delimeted from each other rather than a see of checkboxes and plain text labels.
`fetch_events` will return a unified list of the following things, sorted by start time, and with a common interface to be able to present them alongisde each other: - Favourited content - Content the user is responsible for delivering - Volunteer shifts

Needs some work to be ready for use but this iteration basically fell out of highlighting conflicts so I figured I'd kick something off at least.
Missing features:
