Includes #218

No idea yet if it will work properly, submitting to test it out.

GCC warns about catching exceptions by value, which is fixed in newer
Catch release. v2.4.2 is the newest release to date. Additionally,
update to Catch2's newer structure and use the provided cmake project.

Perhaps the tests are already enabled by some other option?

- cd build
- "\"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\\VC\\vcvarsall.bat\" %ARCH%"
- cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=$CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE -DRC_ENABLE_TESTS=ON -DRC_ENABLE_EXAMPLES=ON -DRC_ENABLE_GTEST=ON -DRC_ENABLE_GMOCK=ON -DRC_ENABLE_BOOST=ON -DRC_ENABLE_BOOST_TEST=ON -G "NMake Makefiles" ..
- cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=$CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE -DRC_ENABLE_TESTS=ON -DRC_ENABLE_EXAMPLES=ON -DRC_ENABLE_GTEST=ON -DRC_ENABLE_GMOCK=ON -DRC_ENABLE_BOOST=ON -DRC_ENABLE_BOOST_TEST=ON -DRC_ENABLE_CATCH=on -G "NMake Makefiles" ..

Very nitpick but it would be great if it was consistent with the other options, spelled ON instead of on :)
