feat: Export TimeTree event comments

Summary

• add opt-in private event comment export via --include-comments
• fetch event activities concurrently and export comments as iCalendar COMMENT properties
• add --num-workers to control concurrent comment activity requests
• document the activity endpoint behavior and rate-limit caution
