The backends table and the litewire-turso dev-deps comment both still said 0.7.0; the workspace pin moved to =0.7.2 in #36.

README backends table said the Turso engine is pinned =0.7.0; the workspace Cargo.toml pins =0.7.2. Fixes the README and the stale dev-dep comment in crates/litewire-turso/Cargo.toml.
