I believe this should be copy D:\TASM\TASM.EXE C:\TOOLS\TASM200.EXE

With the fix to line 70, steps worked for me.

Hoping to make it easier for people that want to get into it and mess around.
I could also include the downloaded and extracted files to make it even easier. But I dunno if you want to include those in your repository.
