CI is green, but the actual installed package in the build job is langchain-core==0.2.23 — the bump never lands in the tested build. No workflow pin was found this time (the old pytest.yml:53 hardcoded pin was removed in commit 9d119c4). The real cause: a sibling pin in setup.py's quarkAgentRequirements, langchain==0.2.11, requires langchain-core<1.0, which conflicts with the bumped langchain-core==1.3.3. Running pip install for the post-PR setup.py combination confirms this directly:

ERROR: Cannot install langchain-core==1.3.3 and langchain==0.2.11 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.
ERROR: ResolutionImpossible

pip install for this exact combination fails outright. CI's "success" is misleading here — the install step silently resolved to the old version and never tested 1.3.3.

Recommendation: Needs human review.
