What changed in this PR
This PR tightens Net::SSH version cleanup in the container’s bundled Bolt environment.
Changes:
- Removes all installed Net::SSH versions below
7.3.8, replacing the explicit list of older versions. - Adds a build-time check requiring
7.3.8to be the only installed Net::SSH version.
