Update version to 1.1.0 and changelog to document the new advanced section numbering customization feature. Minor cleanup in README to reflect recent changes.

Sets the CODECOV_TOKEN secret in the Codecov upload step to ensure proper authentication during coverage reporting.
Changed the Codecov GitHub Action from v4 to v3 in the test workflow for Python 3.14. This may address compatibility or stability issues with the newer version.
